In-school vision screenings offered to preschool children
Your school didn't participate in 2025-2026? We would be happy to visit you!
What you should know:
- Visits are offered free of charge.
- Eligible schools:
- Offer full‑time Pre-K or kindergarten
- Part of the public school system
- One registration per school and per building, if applicable
- Simply complete the registration form below.
After registration:
- You will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk folder and add us to your contacts to ensure future correspondence.
- A supervisor will contact you to schedule the visit and provide preparation guidelines.
- Visits will take place between mid‑September 2026 and the end of May 2027.
